Before joining the faculty, Uche Attoh served on the Industrial Arbitration Panel, presiding over tribunals for eight years to resolve trade disputes and labour-management conflicts under the Trade Disputes Act and other employment laws. Previously, he spent over a decade at GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria Plc as Human Resources Director and Company Secretary for West and Central Africa, leading major change and merger integration projects. He also served as Director of Industrial Relations at the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), gaining international HR experience through ILO fellowships across multiple countries. Uche is a lawyer, holds a Master’s in Administration, and is an alumnus of the International Institute for Labour Studies, Geneva.

Dr. Eugene Ohu is a senior lecturer in Organisational Behaviour/HRM at Lagos Business School, teaching Management Communication, Human Behaviour in Organisations, Digital Marketing, and predictive HR Analytics. His research focuses on human–computer interaction, wellbeing, and productivity, leading the Virtual Human Computer Interaction Lab, where he explores VR applications for training and simulations. He also studies work–life balance, role navigation, and uses big data for HR and marketing insights. Dr. Ohu is a member and reviewer for APA, SIOP, AOM, ABC, and JBE, consults for FMCG and HR teams, serves on NiRA’s board, mentors TEF entrepreneurs, and holds degrees in Pharmacy, Education, and a PhD in Communications.
