Henry is a Senior Fellow and full-time faculty member at Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan-Atlantic University. He currently serves as Academic Director of the LBS HR Academy and was Academic Director of the Global Chief Executive Programme from 2019 to 2024. He teaches Leadership, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Management Communication, and Negotiation across the HR Academy, Global CEO, executive and modular MBA classes, Owner-Manager Programmes, Senior Management Programmes, custom programmes, and other executive courses.

Before joining LBS in 2008, Henry led Hebon Consult, a human resource consulting firm. He has significant banking experience, having served as CEO of Consolidated Business Support Services Limited, Group Head of Corporate Resources and Communication at Finacorp Building Society, and National Publicity Secretary of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria.

Yetunde Anibaba (Ph.D.) is a management educator and organisational development expert at Lagos Business School, where she teaches Analysis of Business Problems (ABP) and Decision-Making on full-time and Executive MBA programmes, as well as other senior executive education courses. She has designed and delivered highly-rated short seminars and custom executive programmes, including Problem Solving and Decision Making for Executives and Driving Digital Revolution.

Before joining LBS, Yetunde held several roles in the Information Technology sector, gaining experience in ICT and Human Resource Management. She holds a BSc and MSc in Sociology, MILD, and a Ph.D. in Management (Organisational Behaviour), and is an alumna of the University of Lagos, LBS, IESE, and Wharton. She also provides advisory services, is a member of HuMaNet, and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for major academic conferences.

Before joining the faculty, Uche Attoh served on the Industrial Arbitration Panel, presiding over tribunals for eight years to resolve trade disputes and labour-management conflicts under the Trade Disputes Act and other employment laws.

Previously, he spent over a decade at GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria Plc as Human Resources Director and Company Secretary for West and Central Africa, leading major change and merger integration projects. He also served as Director of Industrial Relations at the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), gaining international HR experience through ILO fellowships across multiple countries. Uche is a lawyer, holds a Master’s in Administration, and is an alumnus of the International Institute for Labour Studies, Geneva.
