Nigeria’s public sector operates in an environment marked by complexity, rapid change, and ever-increasing citizen expectations. To meet these demands, public sector leaders must not only understand national priorities but also possess the managerial competence to translate policies into meaningful outcomes. This programme addresses the urgent need for leaders who can think strategically, act responsibly, and collaborate effectively across government and society.
Participants will gain exposure to contemporary frameworks in leadership, governance, and policy management, with a strong emphasis on the use of evidence in shaping public policy advice and administrative action. Through an immersive learning experience delivered by expert faculty and seasoned practitioners, the programme builds the capacity to improve service delivery, strengthen institutional integrity, and enhance public trust. By examining Nigeria’s place in the global landscape and understanding its development agenda, participants will leave better equipped to deliver results that truly matter to the people they serve.
The programme is delivered through an intensive, modular structure combining case studies, experiential exercises, policy simulations, faculty-led discussions, and peer-learning sessions.
