Delivered one week (each month) over three months, the Management Acceleration Programme blends classroom learning, interactive discussions, and personalised coaching to ensure practical application.
Module 1: The Big Picture
Introduces business strategy, digital transformation, and ethical decision-making.
Module 2: Inside the Business
Builds competence in finance, marketing, operations, and project management.
Module 3: Self in the Business
Focuses on self-leadership, communication, teamwork, and intrapreneurship.
Through a combination of case studies, peer learning, and experiential sessions, participants will gain the insight and skills needed to transition confidently into management and deliver measurable results within their organisations.

Capstone Project

Dr Okoye is a full-time faculty member in the Department of Accounting at Lagos Business School and an experienced research consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Benin. He also has a Master’s degree in Financial Accounting and a Doctorate in Accounting with specialization in Forensic Accounting. His core area of research interest includes forensic accounting (financial statement fraud) and financial reporting. He facilitates sessions in corporate financial accounting, cost, and management accounting, as well as quantitative methods in Business in the full-time MBA, Executive MBA, Modular Executive MBA, as well as custom programmes.
Belinda is a Fellow and Trustee of the Institute of Hospitality (UK), a recipient of the 2022 Paul R. Lawrence Fellowship in case research, and a Certified Hotel Industry Analyst with STR Global. Before joining LBS, Belinda worked as a Senior Consultant at W Hospitality Group. She also worked in Vocational Education and Training at Wavecrest College of Hospitality for several years. In both these roles, Belinda engaged in several initiatives to develop human capital for the services sector, especially in the design, development, and delivery of targeted training interventions, consulting projects, and speaking engagements. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Southampton, UK, with other degrees in hospitality and statistics.
Henry teaches Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Management Communication in the regular and executive MBA classes, Owner Manager Programmes, custom programmes, and other executive programmes at Lagos Business School. He has held various senior administrative positions at the School as Director of Executive Education, MBA Director, and Director of Alumni Relations, before joining the full-time faculty team.
