Henry teaches Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Management Communication across Lagos Business School’s MBA, Executive MBA, Owner-Manager, and custom executive programmes. Before joining the full-time faculty, he served in several senior administrative roles, including Director of Executive Education, MBA Director, and Director of Alumni Relations. These roles equipped him with deep expertise in leadership development, programme design, and the needs of business executives. His administrative background enriches his classroom approach, allowing him to blend academic insight with practical, real-world experience. Henry’s work continues to strengthen LBS’s mission of developing responsible leaders for Africa and beyond.
Dr. Okechukwu Amah is the Research Director at Lagos Business School, where he teaches management communication, HR, leadership, and organisational behaviour. He holds a Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA and PhD from the University of Benin. He previously built a strong career in the oil industry with Texaco and later Chevron, serving in key engineering and managerial roles. His research focuses on work–family conflict, employee engagement, organisational citizenship, and servant leadership in Nigeria. He is also an active member of several professional bodies, bringing industry depth and academic expertise to his work.
Silk Ugwu Ogbu is an Associate Professor of Communication and Relationship Management at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science and three PhDs in Political Science (International Relations), Marketing (Public Relations), and Public Administration. With over 25 years of managerial experience across private and public sectors, he is a political and marketing communication strategist and stakeholder management consultant. His research spans political communication, conflict resolution, innovation, marketing strategies, negotiation, leadership, and brand management. Prof. Ogbu has contributed widely through publications, conferences, and professional training, bridging academia and industry to advance strategic communication and leadership excellence.
